The Georgia National Fair has always been a state-wide attraction but sales were flattening and they needed to increase the visibility of the annual fair, significantly increase overall attendance, sell out their concert series and increase sales of unlimited ride wristbands.

Our local agency team in Macon, GA, worked to understand the motivations of annual fair-goers and what was standing in the way of gaining new attendees. This enabled us to create a targeted marketing solution to reach the key targets during various stages in the conversion funnel. Through a combination of video, mobile advertising, and retargeting to users who had visited the fair website, the team was able to exceed the fair’s sales goals.

With one sold-out concert and a second at 80% capacity, the fair is able to attract top talent for future concerts. The fair was so successful they are considering adding additional unlimited-ride wristband days in future fairs to combat overcrowding.
