Mark Zieman presented to the group, was great to hear from him, especially for newer employees who’ve not met him.
Danielle Stoffels, our Google partner presented to end our robust day one agenda, followed by a team social gathering that allowed time for everyone to get acquainted.
The remainder of the meeting was focused on excelerate. Starting with Momentum, then our new and improved CIA and media plan that reflect recent feedback from the field. Then each of our Research and Marketing Services groups presented. The team appreciated gaining a deeper understanding of our processes and solutions.
We heard from the Creative Lab who shared awesome information on ways we can differentiate ourselves leveraging content marketing and creative services.
Winning moments included the introduction of the new CIA and understanding of how our media strategists use the information provided to create our competitive media plans. The updated version is more simplified and aligned with the Core 4 Sales Process allowing us to have better conversations with our clients.
